Matthew Crowley was born in Alexandria and raised in Fairfax, Virginia.  He received his bachelor of science in Political Science from the University of Utah in 2000 and his Juris doctorate from American University’s Washington College of Law in Washington D.C. in 2003, where he excelled in its nationally recognized clinical program in his third year.  Apart from his years in undergraduate school, Mr. Crowley has lived in the Northern Virginia area his entire life.  He was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 2003 and has practiced all over Northern Virginia, as well as the Piedmont region of Virginia.
